LAST WEDDING -- DIANNA DIVERNOE

-Wendy is getting married again!

-What?!

-Precisely what I told you-Elizabeth hung up the phone all distort and turned toward her husband who was reading the papers and trying to rest after a plentiful, Sunday lunch.

-But how?-he didn’t know what to say, or how to behave… Last thing that he was thinking about during that Sunday was will Elizabeth discus a new marriage of his daughter who broke all records regarding short marriages and about the fact that it is normal to be a young widow several times in a row.

-She just told me-Elizabeth also knew that she will have to think about that new for a long time-For that Batri.

-Batri? –you could see that he is trying to figure out who is he.

-Batri is the one who own a boutique of Sharis wedding dresses-she barely explained it to him.

-Jean Paul Batri?-he fearfully asked.

-Not him, his son. Arnaud Batri, own an equally lovely and well equipped boutique of wedding dresses in Paris-Elizabeth knew that under the influence of all that excitement she will need to rest. Unlike Mr. Braun who ate plenty of roast and salad, even though it was strictly forbidden for him (he had to break that rule, at least on Sundays) Elizabeth felt all that excitement that threatened to turn into stress any moment. Her sedatives were Mimi and Lora, who, as in spite, at that time were sleeping, and she didn’t have the heart to wake them up just so that she would feel something fine, lovely and known. Because no matter how much effort she put in Wendy’s upbringing, she came to the conclusion that she does not know her daughter at all.

-It would be logical that she gets married once every ten years- Elizabeth expressed her thoughts.

-Why ten?-he asked.

-Because not enough time has passed since Peter died
