This is a fine album by finger style-guitarist Book Binder(think Rev. Gary Davis) and he composed ten numbers in this all-too-short album (just 28 minutes). There are "hokum" string band songs like "It Coulda Been Worse" and old-style humor on contemporary subjects ("Electric Cigarette Blues"). Paying tribute to those guitarists who came before him, Book Binder composed "They Called Him Junior", the subject being Robert Lockwood Jr., who played for free every Wednesday night at the Catfish Blue Restaurant in Cleveland until he died in 2006.
