1 Product Description 1.1 the AC input line is the three cores , namely L, N, G test , connect the wiring and energized according to what the specifications requires ( Note: the input and output terminals of the power must be sure before the test , so as to avoid that the input voltage is directly applied on the output power ,resulting in the burned ) .
1.2 Ensure that the input voltage within the specified range of the product specification, prohibited that input voltage exceeds the scope of the requirements .
1.3 before the energized test , make sure all cables are connected properly : Ensure that the AC input line , the constant current output line and input line , constant current output line fully contact with the fixtures ( or load ), prevent poor contact caused that the test results is no exact, seriously , it may cause damage to the product .
1.4 Before testing , make sure that the load specifications , the input voltage and 1.3 is correct, then connect the AC power source.
1.5 input, output high voltage test , s the high voltage output terminal of the high-pressure machine must be connected to the L, N of the AC input line , and connect the low- end ( or the constant voltage module output ) to the fixtures, and make sure fully connect.
1.6 high-pressure test , make sure that the test voltage is within the requirements of the specifications , the test voltage that exceeds the standard requirements is strictly prohibited .
1.7 Before the test, the voltage of the high-pressure machine shall be adjusted to “03 V, mustn’t Power-on the booster until make sure that the setting of the test voltage and 1.5 is correct,then adjust the test voltage from ” 0 “V to the desired test voltage within 5-10 seconds.
Note: Do not instantly apply the test voltage on the product tested .
1.8 for the input to ground test , the high voltage output terminal of pressure machine must be connected to the L, N of the AC power line , and low pressure side terminating at cover screws of the constant module , and make sure fully connect . When testing, operation according to 1.7.
1.9 The user performing light aging , make sure the cable connection is fully guaranteed , and the input voltage are controlled within the range of allowable input voltage of the products, and prevent the large voltage consecutive beats .
