Life and light,
The things of lore
this life is a stone,
Blood for all
Moving among those we feed on,
Yet a race apart,
How we survive is a mystery
I live and roam
feed and fly
yet chained to this body
I go nowhere
I yearn to leave this life behind,
But to live again I can not
It is a wine and poison
The death of me in one swift sip
how do I go on, I just do
I will live forever
Yet I am already dead
to those who know me they see me for me
yet I have no one
I have less and less,
But want more and more
one for one,
Two for two
Again I roam and run
live and die
this life is mine
