How To Strengthen Your Eyesight Easily Without Glasses/Surgery

The eyes don't exist in seclusion. They are an extremely essential component of your complete person influencing and being impacted by the mind, character and conscience.

For all the above to work, the eye musculature must be in good working order, being relaxed and supple.

Imperfect vision arises from an inability to focus. Not merely because your eyes' lenses are not working from overusage, but rather from stress, tension and fatigue, which affect the musculature in and around your eyes and the signaling from your brain. It can also lead to other difficulties.. These problems may involve: eyestrain and fatigue, headaches, glasses and contacts never feeling right, difficulty concentrating, poor eye-hand coordination and depth perception and eyes always feeling tired.

2. Remember that it is actually your mind that does the seeing, not your eyes. That's why inner vision is so important. It involves: memory, imagination, inner seeing, hopes and dreams. Training your inner vision and mind's eye will take you miles beyond 20/20, by improving your concentration, imagination, memory and ability to visualize and think creatively. In general, you will be able to see and intepret things more clearly, so your ability to see things in a positive light will improve. You will have the power to destroy all those negative images in your mind and replace them with powerful images that can change your perspective of who you are.

3. Emotinoal seeing is the least important of the three, but still useful. Improving your emotional vision is to truly open those 'windows to the soul', truly giving you the chance to communicate and relate to others in a special way.

Vision problems often appear when there is both prolonged stress in the visual system and improper visual/muscular habit patterns. Some of the conditions you can get from stress and poor visual habits include near sightedness, far sightedness and astigmatism.

You may think that artificial lenses get rid of the problem of poor eyesight completely - since you can see perfectly clearly when you put them on. Contact lenses and glasses however, are not able to fix the basic cause of your poor eyesight. Instead, you find yourself wearing thicker and thicker lenses over time as your vision deteriorates further and further.

The sooner you wake up to reality and realize that your glasses will actually make your eyesight worse, the better.
