Indiana College fell to number 1 seeded Kentucky in Friday's Sweet 16 game.
College of Kentucky arrived on the scene ahead in the match-facing the Indiana College men’s basketball team Friday. The Hoosiers fell towards the Kentucky Wildcats 102 to 90. Kentucky’s top scorer, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, had 24 points. Watford was IU’s high scorer with 25 points. Number 1 seed Kentucky will face third seeded Baylor College on Sunday within the Elite Eight for the opportunity to move onto the ultimate Four.
Many consider IU’s playoff season successful. This season was the very first time IU managed to get towards the Sweet 16 since Coach Tom Crean required over as mind coach 4 years ago.
