Found At The Side Of The Road
I was out for a bicycle ride and as I rode down 29th St NW I could hardly believe my eyes. Here was a 1955 Buick Special four door hardtop almost exactly like the one I first owned some 52 years ago. (mine was the two door hardtop, but otherwise exactly the same)
The owner showed up a few minutes later and explained that it stalled on him as it was coming up the hill, and so he parked it here on the grass while he went to get help. Probably a clogged fuel filter.
It is in excellent condition, no rust at all, original paint, and showing 77K miles on the odometer.
What a dreamboat.
