Looking South from the John Hancock Center in Chicago toward the Chicago Loop skyline. A pure urban vista with tall buildings piercing the sky. Fog is rolling in off of Lake Michigan going to the East. Water Tower Place is on the far left and the Chicago Park Hyatt is on the right, with the Trump Tower Chicago and the Willis(Sears) Tower in the center. The tendrils of fog infiltrate the Loop snaking from north to south.2010
Chicago Skyline at Twilight
This is stitched together from 6 frames, shot on the steps near the Adler Planetarium in Chicago on April 3rd, 2009. This is a very popular spot for shooting the skyline. There were about a dozen tripods set up within 100 yards of me. Take a look at the original size to see details. Comments welcome, of course.
