Besides all of what you have heard about portugal’s problems, we have another one, a really heavy one: Terrible representation from Pentax.
Is hard to get an item around here and, either we go abroad, or we by it through the web or… we build it. That’s what I did!
For the last few weeks I have been my own model. Not for some narcissistic motive, but just because I’m the faster and available one. And when I want to do some picture for a given text or idea, I can’t wait three or four days until some model, space and schedule.
The problem is triggering the camera being away from it. I build a cable release, but it has only 3 meters long and, some times, that’s to short.
I know that there is a wireless remote command for cameras, but it can’t found it here, neither in Spain.
So, I pick up one of my wireless flash triggers and two cables, one flash cord and a audio cable. Both male connection, and the audio one connected only to the point 1 and 3. The 2 and 3 is for autofocus.
Just be sure of not use the same frequency for the camera and flashs, or you will trigger those before the camera.

I watched the Obama Inauguration on TV and on the internet, LIVE. This has been done before but this audience had to be the largest ever. The images quality was amazing with multiple cameras for many TV stations doing live streams and user interaction on websites like Facebook connect.

How soon until the general public sees no difference between internet experiences and TV content? Will change happen?
