Used Camera Dealer
Joseph Schwartz purchases used cameras in the used equipment division of the B&HPhotoVideo store on 34th Street.
The purchase end of the used camera business has a separate office with an entrance on 34th Street, around the corner from the main entrance to B&H on 9th Avenue. After the elevator takes you to the second floor, you realize that this department is inside the main building, next to, but separate from, the second-floor used camera division of B&H retail.
Before this setup, photographers would trade their used equipment while standing in line waiting to buy new stuff.
