Cats Urine On Carpet

Pulled up old funky cat-urine-stained carpet and chiseled up two layers of funky old tile underneath. I'm laying down half-inch plywood on top, and new flooring on top. Toby suggested it'd be easier if I sand down the plywood and paint it. I'll try that first and if it looks like crap I'll lay down flooring.
Urine collection
Urine is collected in jerry cans in the chamber below the shower. The chamber is well protected with a door which is kept locked. This was done as the local community fears of possible misuse of urine in witchkraft. the Urine is drained into the lawns.
