6 or 7 years ago, we had renters and they destroyed the carpets. Our rental manager replaced the very nice carpet with a horrid cheap thing and had it installed by half-trained savages. Look at the lovely seam at left. Center frame, the installers wrecked the baseboards in several places. I always meant to fix it. Never happened.

Installed on Friday 7/15. Lot's of finish work to do. David's busy installing baseboard trim, and door, window & closet trim. Then paint it all... then move up... hopefully before baby.
