Holiday Mug Rug from Brenda 2010
Brenda.g34 gifted me this lovely mug rug - some lovely holiday fabric and a cake recipe which I had to try. The cake has an unusual ingredient - can you guess what it is?
I had planned on having a full cake in the picture - but it was just too delicious for my husband and son to resist. The house smelled heavenly when it was baking too.
Now take a look at that lovely tree made of tiny strips with the quilting holding them in place. Six snowmen make me think of our six children - wonderful
Now off to finish that cider and a piece of the cake.
Thanks Brenda - I love the mug rug, have already used some of the fabric and the recipe is a keeper.
Kim's rug
Kim's finished rug. It's a very clean, unusual design. I see buildings on a city street, but I also see a 50's style coffee table.
