BITTERSWEET MEMORIES OF THE TIME BEFORE PC SEARCH
THE CENTERFOLD OF AN ABRAMS ART BOOK. Artists and aspiring artists in their 60s will probably remember these fantastic centerfolds from the series. Called "Pocket Library of Great Arts", these educational and pictorial little books provided a wealth of information for all who were discovering and rediscovering the impressionists and expressionists. They were published in association with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York and published by Harry N. Abrams, Inc, New York. I have enjoyed my collection throughout the years and have always moved them with me wherever I went for any length of time. Remember, there was a period of time when searching the internet was science fiction. These little books remain a bittersweet reminder of simpler days.
