Electrical panel finished
Siemens 30/40 150 ampere main panel. I used 28 out of the 30 knockouts, including the 2–position whole-house surge arrester / TVSS (the top right Square D Homeline "breaker"). I used two multiwire circuits: the disposal and dishwasher wired through 12/3 Romex, and both 20A kitchen appliance circuits through 12/3 Romex. Each multiwire circuit is wired to its own 20A two-pole breaker; I looked for a 20A two-pole GFCI breaker for the kitchen appliance circuits, but that was probably going to be about $150 for the breaker, so I will just use two GFCI outlets to protect each circuit.
UPDATE: D'oh! What was I thinking, trying to put a GFCI outlet on each leg of a multiwire branch circuit? Can't do it because the there will almost always be an inbalance between one of the legs and the shared neutral. I had to get the 20A 2-pole GFCI breaker, which cost $132. That's what I get for being too clever for my own good!
