I still can't believe it's 2011. Regardless of how much time I think about new years resolutions, they are the same every year: Drink more water. Get more sleep. Frown less. Laugh more. Eat more veggies.
This year I should probably fret less about numbers. Like those on the weighing scale or the treadmill. And the number FORTY in particular.
And I'm going to ignore that big ole huge white hair that I would have normally Photoshopped out. Yep, ignoring it as best as I can....

I'm finally back at the gym. Can't run on the treadmill yet, but I can bike. And best of all, I can catch up on the blog posts for our learning 2.0 project while biking. Not so adept at typing thoughtful replies while biking though.
