EDM - 103 Draw some exercise equipment
Okay, so you are probably thinking "where's the exercise equipment?". Well, to anyone who knows me they will say "What exercise equipment?" - You got it... I don't have any! But we do walk our dog - a lot - and this is one of the places we take him. Believe me you really do exercise here. The sand at Braunton Burrows is very soft and you tend to sink a bit with each step! Hence it is quite hard work to walk on, and thus I say....this is "what I use to stay fit".
