Day #18~ 08/18/08~ Start of the routine......
I am actually one day late in uploading this shot, but this was bright and early yesterday morning. I woke up at 6am and got my happy ass on the treadmill. I spent 40 minutes on the treadmill and I felt alot better when I was done. My back pain seems to have eased up and I can still feel it at times but I am determined to try and execise to make it better.
I also took Dexter (My baby boy) to the Baltimore Zoo yestrday, which involves ALOT of walking. Today I think we may be off to the aquarium or somewhere fun like that.
Have a great day Everyone.
picture the holidays • day four • you hold the key
The key to happiness for me is to include some form of exercise into my daily routine. Exercise has the ability to help me think more clearly during the day, keeps me balanced so to speak. It helps me in many ways be a better wife, mother and photographer. So this holiday season between wrapping gifts and decorating the house I'll be either hitting the gym, outdoors running or taking the dog for a long walk.
