Bank Teller Line Poster
Another teller line poster for the bank, promoting that month's free gifts.
Sometimes when the bank had more than one gift in a given month, they'd be things that went together, like an assortment of small kitchen appliances. Other times the gifts had very little to do with one another, like binoculars and a blanket. I guess it's conceivable that you might wrap yourself up in a blanket at a ball game while looking through binoculars, but it still seems like an odd combo to me.
That background is probably a little too funky and retro for a bank. Customers want their banks to appear traditional, safe and secure, not look like a 1970s kitchen. Now that I look at it again, the background seems a little... intense. If I were doing this today I'd desaturate it and tone it down quite a bit.
The gifts were photographed by a local studio. The background was drawn in InDesign, with a grunge bitmap texture placed over it. Everything was then combined in InDesign.
Palmer 1 - Found Object Robot Assemblage Sculpture Necklace By Brian Marshall
Got some tins on EBAY that were much smaller than I thought they were so I decided to make a necklace (the chain is from an old cuckoo clock)
