The kitchen is needing a little work...they will be installing appliances before I move in - fridge, stove and dishwasher. They won't be doing the fancy granite top counters -- that is why I'm getting a discounted deal over the fancy schmancy upgraded lofts. The floor is mine to do. Guess I better start watching all those DIY home improvement shows.
