I realized as we got out of the car yesterday, that I'd forgotten the adapters to put the car seat on the Bugaboo base.
With all the measuring and poking around I needed to do, I couldn't carry the kid "as is," and I didn't like the idea of schlepping the car seat through the Ikea maze.
So I loaded the car seat into a bag, and hung it with the short handles. it worked great. Though I was tempted, I didn't bring the yellow bag home.

Ready to go home, in Emma's old car seat. He is wearing a babygro and knitted cardigan that he has plenty of room to "grow into". Which makes him look tiny.
