CPM Weirwall Flow Control Chamber
CPM have designed this Off-Site Solution chamber to accommodate a weir wall which can be pre-fitted either a Hydro-BrakeŽ, Penstock, Non-Return Flap Valve, Orifice plate or any combination. The chamber can be designed to suit most pipe sizes & at any chamber depth. The design also includes twin access HD Cover Slab & a hole can also be provided for the penstock spindle.
The Chamber range includes 1500mm, 1800mm or 2100mm one-piece chambers but is very dependant on size of weir wall or we can supply sectional weir walls system in the following size range DN 2m, 2.1m, 2.4m, 2.55m, 2.7m, 3m or 3.66m. The CPM one-piece chamber is fabricated using a base unit complying BS EN 1917:2002.
The Off-Site Solution chamber has been designed to enable the contractor to install the flow control chamber in a fraction of time it takes using conventional methods
