The National Football League (NFL) was the first attempt at forming a national professional football league in 1902. The league has no ties with the modern National Football League. In fact the league was only composed of teams from Pennsylvania, which was hardly "national".

"Radish Roll"
The "Radish Roll" featured tuna, salmon, white fish and diakon sprouts rapped without rice in a thin daikon radish wrap. ($7.50)
Note: Four pieces was kind of skimpy for this otherwise great roll. The daikon radish sprouts and the thin daikon radish wrapping gave the fish meat a nice spicey kick. Not bad, but just not spectacular. The fish, as was the rest of the sashimi at Kobe, was very fresh.
