Lisa Clark, a Lewis and Clark Community College nursing student from White Hall, speaks with Warren Ribley, director of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, about how a workforce grant to train workers in the health care sector will have a positive impact on the college's Registered Nurse Bridge program. The program helps students like Clark who have achieved their Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate to complete their Associate Degree in Nursing. After only one year in the program, students graduate as registered nurses.
