The heat is too much on my poor little frog pond- it killed a tadpole yesterday. So I've put both patio umbrellas over it to shade the water. Normally the water plants would take care of that, but there's not enough coverage since the raccoons shredded most of them. You can see my new little electric fence here- not the prettiest, but if it keeps the 'coons out, I'm all for it.
