New Kitchen Table
and window curtains (the upper scarf thing, which is actually a tablecoth, is what was already there - I added the cafe curtains and valance/tier to the bottom half)
I wasn't even really seriously looking for a new table, just browsing - and didn't see anything online I liked in IKEA or Target, etc - so on a whim I checked Craigslist and saw this table & chairs set - which was the exact round pedestal type I'd wanted for a loong time - $85 - called right away and we went out & got it right then. Lady laughed and said she'd listed it literally 5 minutes before I called. How weird is that!? Anyway, it was a little darker than I'd thought from the pics, and I am tryyyying real hard to avoid having it look so "country" - but overall? I'm darn happy with it =)
Knights of the Round Table
I set this up (or rigged this) on the island in our kitchen. The only lighting were two flashlights, as I wanted a darker mood.
