Aerosol paint (also called spray paint) is a type of paint that comes in a sealed pressurized container and is released in a fine spray mist when depressing a valve button. A form of spray painting, aerosol paint leaves a smooth, evenly coated surface, unlike many rolled or brushed paints.
Spray painting is a painting technique where a device sprays a coating (paint, ink, varnish, etc.) through the air onto a surface. The most common types employ compressed gas—usually air—to atomize and direct the paint particles.

I used to do this job with spray cans for money even, but I couldn't face the thought of all those chemicals going into the air. So I rolled the job. The first coat looks awful, but the trick is not to fuss over it and do it quickly, but not sloppy. The second coat will do the job. I got a nice textured finish and used the whole quart. Spray finishes scratch off easily. Hopefully this will be better even though it is latex and not oil based.

should have put my hair up before I walked out the door today, it is crazy hot and humid. Todays outing: get gas for the car, drop off things at goodwill, visit auntie Lorna at work and pick up more spray paint for patio furniture. I love that the girls always put their feet up on the stroller tray.
