The Flower Garden Banks (often simply the "Flower Gardens") is a U.S. National Marine Sanctuary in the northwestern Gulf of Mexico, located roughly 105 miles (170 km) south of Sabine Pass, Texas.

I created a series of collages as a result of travels in Holland during the spring of 2006 when the commercial flower fields and public gardens were in bloom.  My heart was filled with the beauty and abundance.
