The Sunglass Man

Nathaniel
I try to look for people out of the ordinary. My random stranger of the day photo today is Nathaniel. I liked his dreads and asked for a photo outside of the Title Wave mall in midtown Anchorage. This photograph was made in late summer and it was still fairly bright out. I used the built in 3-stop ND (neutral density - 'sunglass') filter to allow me to open the lens up to it's full F2. I was also in macro mode to capture the photo from less than a meter away.

Went to Blueberry Hill today, actually a great spot to do self portraits. Nobody comes up here and there are different types of scenery. I went to this little oak tree and rock formation and just played around a bit. Walking back to the car I spotted the sunglass. I had fun playing with those also the reflection they produced. Somebody else put them on the stump.
