Strength
Strength is not something you realize just how much of it you have until you are tested to a point beyond which you could ever imagine having to suffer through. I do not see myself as a strong person, even though I have been told I am stronger than I think. Maybe...but it doesn't feel like it, it doesn't make the pain any less, it doesn't make dealing with things any easier. It doesn't stop the darkness from setting in when the light is all but diminished.
Hope...hope is something I thrive on. I have hope that things will work out, hopefully for the better for me, hopefully so I can achieve my ultimate goal, hopefully so I can eventually get what I want. What do I want? To be truly happy again. To have my light back.
Strength
When I took off my wedding band, I wanted to buy a new ring symbolizing my commitment to myself. Two days ago I found my new ring in Arroyo Seco, NM (where Julia Roberts lives). The artist named this ring "Strength."
