- (Cello Wraps) Fillets wrapped together in cellophane or polyethylene film. Each wrap is usually labeled with the type of fish, the packer and the brand. Six polywraps per 5-lb. box is standard.

Christmas cookie trays
Seven trays of assorted Christmas cookies. I did 23 trays like this last year in the three weeks before Christmas! Each tray holds an assortment of:
Raspberry jam swirls
Apricot squares
Dark chocolate fudge
Milk chocolate fudge
Pecan pastry horns
Traditional Christmas decorated cookies
Nutty noodly clusters
Peanut butter white trash snacks
Assorted Christmas Candies
Each tray has about 40+ pieces, and will serve at least 25 generously. Packaged in cello wrap with large red/green bow and a pine cone accent. 16 inch poly tray with doilies completes the look.

Small Cookie Trays '08
These are some of the smaller-sized cookie trays I did this year. Each one has decorated cut-out cookies, white and dark chocolate covered Oreos, peanut butter buckeyes, fresh fudge, and three treat bags containing:
1) White trash
2) Cinnamon spiced pecans
3) White chocolate peppermint bark
4) Candy canes
Each tray is covered in cello wrap, ribbons & pine cones for the season!
