the sweetest thing
I love my dog :-)
She's determined, brave but not reckless, at times bossy but never aggressive; she's funny and lively, yet so patient and quiet when necessary. She's usually reserved with strangers, as Akitas are supposed to be, but always ready to smell your hand ang give it a quick lick, just to show you she's quite friendly as long as you don't expect too much enthusiasm. She's sweet and affectionate with us, our family and our friends. If you've already been a guest in our house, next time you'll come she'll jump around and bring you a toy.
Yet... A Siberian Husky growled at me once. Asako bounced forward, with one single very authoritative bark - and the other dog stepped back immediately, tail down.
