Weinman Eagle at 30th St. Station
Four eagles designed by sculptor Adolph Weinman were moved from NYC's Penn Station to Philadelphia's Market St. Bridge outside 30th St. Station when Penn's train shed was demolished in the 60's to make way for offices and (currently) Madison Square Garden. Weinman also designed the mercury dime and walking liberty half-dollar. That silver wedge is the Cira Centre. The sky was so dramatic that day.
