City Investment Funds

Vine City Park
The acquisition and development of the first public park in Vine City was funded in part through the Westside TAD. The Westside TAD program has provided over $15 million in grant dollars for 17 capital projects in the communities of Vine City and English Avenue, leveraging another $12.6 million in private investment.
TIF funding announcement
Cincinnati City Council members Chris Monzel, John Cranley and Laketa Cole along members of five neighborhood community councils went to Oakley to announce a $3.7 million investment through tax increment financing funds, or TIFs.
