Vine City Park
The acquisition and development of the first public park in Vine City was funded in part through the Westside TAD. The Westside TAD program has provided over $15 million in grant dollars for 17 capital projects in the communities of Vine City and English Avenue, leveraging another $12.6 million in private investment.
