Silver Crystal Beads

Renewal (Sterling Silver, Crystal, Beads)
Sterling silver wire is shaped into a spiral design with a shiny green crystal bead hanging from it. The crystal has an AB finish on it on one side, giving it a bit of a rainbow reflection when the light hits it. There are small sterling silver beads above and below the crystal, and on the spiraled wire. The spiral part of the wire was hammered to flatten it. Hammering also strengthens the wire. Lastly, the silver was antiqued to give the metal darker and lighter shades.
To me, this is a very contemporary design. The color of the crystal is within the color palette for this spring and summer. And the earrings are very light weight making them very comfortable to wear.
