i don't want to show my face.
my eyes are swollen.
my head's a mess.
last night, shortly before heading to bed, i found out a good friend of mine had committed suicide last thursday. ...he wasn't found until monday.
i don't even know how to process this. i couldn't function at work ... and i was just a ball of messy teary emotions all day.
i hadn't seen him since i moved away from phoenix a year and a half ago, but we are friends on pretty much every social networking site (flickr too) and would exchange humorous banter online occasionally. he was part of the reason i chose a nikon d40, because he gave it such high praise and his photos were lovely.
infact, the last time we spoke was before i bought my d40. i called to ask him questions about it. :/
he will be terribly missed.
35/365 The Sickness
7/15 - The sickness just keeps spreading. No matter how much cleaning I've done, we were all doomed.
Caitlin is doing better for the most part, but she passed it on to me. Not only was I sick, every part of me ached and I had no energy or strength to get out of bed. Didn't help that I couldn't eat anything - or suffer the consequences - so I felt dizzy when I stood up.
7/16 - Rick now has it. He came home from work early and never got back out of bed.
