  • dBZ stands for decibels of Z. It is a meteorological measure of equivalent reflectivity (Z) of a radar signal reflected off a remote object. The reference level for Z is 1 mm6 m?3, which is equal to 1 ?m3. It is related to the number of drops per unit volume and the sixth power of drop diameter.

  • Nondimensional "unit" of radar reflectivity which represents a logarithmic power ratio (in decibels, or dB) with respect to radar reflectivity factor, Z.

The Wall

The Wall

Doing a 365 is like a marathon, it's not how fast you start, but how you finish. And like a marathon, the last miles are the hardest where runners refer to hitting the wall. Well I've hit the wall. Thanks god, for the little X100 as I take it with me every where, including on walks with Cooper. On this shot the light was flat as it was raining, but at least I still got my shot of the day.

BTW, as in running, good training let's runners get through the wall, and I believe my training will able be to get through this wall.

Actually looks pretty good in the light box
