This two phase, multimillion dollar project, included preconstruction
services, renovations, and new construction. Phase I of the project, a 27,000 square foot renovation of
the existing school building, included upgrades such as an insulated rubber roof, elevator, fire suppression system, and new bathrooms. Repairs to the existing gymnasium floor, mechanical room, and radiators throughout the building were also made. Phase II began with the demolition of an existing convent building which was replaced with a two-story, 18,000 square foot addition to the school. The addition adjoins the existing
school and contains both classrooms and administrative offices.
