Cold Smoker Rig
This is my homemade cold smoker. Cold smokers are what they sound like - they impart smoke flavor to food without heat. Why would you want to do this? So you can smoke things like Bacon or Fish (smoke-cured) or Cheese (which melts).
All in all it cost me about $25, given the stuff I got for free or could otherwise re-use.

Bought a smoker. It needs some tuning up, but $700 is pretty cheap for one this size. Can cook about 250 lbs of meat at a time. Weighs about 2000 lbs..
