(Wood flooring) Wood flooring is any product manufactured from timber that is designed for use as flooring, either structural or aesthetic. Bamboo flooring is often considered a wood floor, although it is made from a grass (bamboo) rather than a timber.

Bunker
The wood floors have been replaced in the bunker. There's a niche for a fireplace on the side wall. The windows are angled so a rifle or cannon can be shot out with decent range and scope. There are entry ways to the neighboring rooms on either side near the far wall.

In September 2010 the stage floor of the 1928 7th Street Theatre in Hoquiam, WA was refinished. The front portion, maple, was refinished. The backstage portion, fir, was replaced with maple. The original fir in the wings is still in place.
