My dining room rug
My grandparents bought this Anglo-Persian rug sometime in the 1930s. After my grandmother's death in the early 60s, this rug went to my aunt & uncle's house where it lay in their basement for probably close to 30 years. When she didn't want it any longer she asked me if I wanted it - knowing I love antiques. So, it's been in my house for around 15 years and I still love it as much as I did when it laid in my grandmother's house.
