Boarded up window
Much of Mike's is boarded at the moment due to the stone throwing youths nearby. Hopefully unbreakable glass is going to cover the windows instead of boards in the future.Out of the three landmarks in Armley, Mike's carpets is arguably the most recognisable. The building was constructed in 1905 and was originally a methodist chapel. Today it is home to Mike and his carpets. At present the building is awaiting some improvements, but everywhere is evidence of it's former purpose. I'd love to see more!
