Thermal Camera Effect
A thermographic camera, sometimes called a FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) or infrared camera less specifically, is a device that forms an image using infrared radiation, similar to a common camera that forms an image using visible light.
Specialized camera used to capture and register heat/cool signatures that cannot be explained by human activity.
A camera that shows cold/hot spots coming off people or objects.

Pictures From An Exhibition
A quick test of the phone app 'Camera effects' (free - and the same as 'Photo Effects' but has a couple more effects than the free version of PE). Reasonably good generic camera, too - takes over as default camera, but a click on 'Back' switches to the stock camera of the phone. With shutter button on-screen there is no half-press to focus, full press takes a moment to autofocus before the shot - I relaxed after the full press.. and got motion blur here :)
This is the 'Thermal' effect.
Too Much Radiation?
