Ooga Booga!
My favourite of the three. Since ds was a toddler my sister Sherryl has played a game with him where they are Ooga Booga monsters so when I saw this print at Sewzannes how was I supposed to resist?? The chocolate brown knit and orange ribbing were perfect to help stop it being too babyish for him (he's a very grown up five and a half you know ;-P) and you can't see the orange topstitching on the sleeves and neck but it looks really good IRL, it stands out very well against the brown. I have enough of the print left to make a baby outfit which is all planned in my head, I just need one of my sisters to hurry up and get pg with a little boy to go in it lol!
Nintendo Game & Watch
In 1982, I bought this Nintendo Game & Watch handheld.
No,
it's not not stereo,
it has no WiFi,
it has no colors screens,
it has no touchscreen.....
But it has a great gameplay!
I spent many hours playing for that highscore, not knowing that almost 22 years later Nintendo
would present their 'first' dual screen handheld: the Nintendo DS. But they forgot to mention
this little beauty.
The Nintendo DS, the DS-lite and even the brandnew DSi look like their brother born in 1982 :)
Yes, I still play it every once and a while.
Sometimes it rests for several years, but i'll never forget this baby!
