the designers couple marjolein wintjes & eric meursing designed especially for this occasion their 3rd edible and sustainable collection & installation of dresses. in this new collection 'wear or where to eat' they express their motto food equals fashion again. this new line is an exploration of one of the hottest eating trends of the moment, namely to use de culinaire werkplaats was one of the downtown locations of amsterdam international fashion week in july 2010.

marjolein & eric translated this food trend to fashion. the issue is literally interpreted by the couple. the collection 'wear or where to eat' consists of an installation of several black dresses and accessories. the fabrics of these dresses form your personal kitchen garden. so you are wearing your meal.
