These are my cameras...well, all but A2 who was perched on the tripod. A2 stands for Albatross 2. Albatross 1 is on the left. I always have an Albatross around my neck. On the far right is Noisy. It takes good macros, but if you were planning to do any wildlife photography with it, you'd be up the creek. It sounds like a a forklift.

In the middle is my baby. She hasn't seen much action since the advent of digital, but boy, she's been a lot of places. She's hiked the whole Wonderland Trail twice, getting all gummed up with grit once three days in. I took her apart, blew the sand out, put her back together again, and she's never given me a speck of trouble. Oh, her light meter doesn't work, but it was broken when I bought her second-hand. She's been to the top of Mt. Rainier several times too, and never once complained about cold temperatures. There's not a digital made which can hold a candle to her ability to withstand abuse. By the way, those are tripod legs reflected in the zoom lens, not scratches.

Of course A2 is my "daily" camera now. The original Albatross is my backup. Noisy gets used primarily for photographing set-up shots.
