151/365 - Taking it Back to Old School
So I went to an 80's dance party yesterday. It was very fun. :)
We danced to all 80's music, and it was weird, because I actually knew the songs.. except "Right Round", because I just felt like singing the new version of it.. LOL DIRTY.
But that was basically my night. I came to the party dressed up as a nerd. :) BEST COSTUME... Found the clothes at Salvation Army, and I was quite happy... Oh! Also found a real Varsity Jacket there.. from Beaverton High School #22 Basketball.
Amazing finds. :)
Well! Gotta gooooo...

I took this photo out my studio window on N. 6th St. in Williamsburg. I'd seen this group of kids around the neighborhood, and it just tickled me that the 80's ironic fashion aesthetic had penetrated to the hip-hop realm. These kids are fo real.
I saw them trying to get a group shot with their camera sitting on the curb. Ultimately, a friendly dude walking past offered to get the shot for them. I'm zoomed in from my surreptitious vantage -across the street, 2nd floor with a junky digicam.
