Baby Trilogy Spindled Corner Crib

Spindle, closer
There's some neat art on the base of this drop-spindle sculpture. I just wish they had some plaques explaining these, because I thought they were some kind of giant sun dial until it was explained to me. There's something written in Coast Salish on the bottom of the spindle, but I don't speak Coast Salish so I have no idea what the theme of this one is.
