Kukiko - It is late -time to go back home.
Anzu - And what about our baby mouse ??? Could we take him with us ???
Kukiko - No. He is a baby and his mum must be looking for him. You should put him back.
Anzu - Really !!!
Kukiko - Yes.
Anzu - Ok, but can we visit him tomorrow ???
Kukiko - Yes, and we will bring him some cheese !!!
Anzu - Great !!!
Kukiko - Let's go back home.
Me - This short story was inspired by my daughter - a sweet and crazy girl who would bring home all the dogs and "sweet" animals she meets everyday (and believe me, she "can" find them everywhere, hehe) ... ^__^
First day at home with River
This is River in his papasan chair after we brought him home from the hospital. I bought him this adorable going home outfit with hippos on the jacket and feet and ears on the hat. The hat? Didn't fit his big head. I feel a bit justified in the pain of his birth by this fact, honestly.
