048 - fill the fridge
15-10-2008
This morning our fridge broke down and had to be replaced by a new one quickly. We bought one and put it into our kitchen unit. This was the right situation to get the picture of the day. While putting our food in I took my picture. I miss a real wide angle lens for my cam. The 18mm are not wide enough for shots like this. Strobist info: SB-24 right of cam (in the fridge)pointing at right side of fridge shot at 1/16 power triggered via Cactus radio trigger. SB-26 left of cam (in the fridge) pointing at left side of fridge) at 1/16 power triggered via slave-function.
Fridge Week Day 2 - Roasted Peppers
Yes Karen, those are roasted red peppers. The Sunflower Market is a very nice semi-farmer's market type supermarket, with a lot of organic and surprisingly cheap items. I discovered it last summer and been a fan ever since. It's a bit out of my way, but I try to make it there about once a week for their specials. As you can see on the jar, their motto is "Serious Food... Silly Prices" - just what I need :)
